Position Summary

The Admin Assistant will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with experience in human resources and proficiency in ServiceTitan. The Admin Assistant will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, supporting HR functions, and optimizing our use of ServiceTitan to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management:

· Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure a well-organized workspace.

· Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

· Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.

Human Resources:

· Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.

· Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.

ServiceTitan Administration:

· Utilize ServiceTitan for scheduling, dispatching, and tracking service calls.

· Generate and analyze reports to support decision-making.

 

 

Administrative Support:

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

· Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for executives.

· Prepare and distribute internal communications and memos.

· Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

· Assist Electricians with pulling City permits.

 

 

Customer Service:

· Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.

· Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Manage customer feedback and implement improvements.

Job Title: Electrical Service Manager

Position Summary

B&M Electric is seeking a proactive, driven, and highly organized Service Manager to lead our Service and Install Department. This leadership role is responsible for managing Service, Install, and Sales Technicians, Dispatchers, and support staff, while ensuring that all operations align with company goals, national electrical codes, and high standards of customer satisfaction.

The Service Manager will oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and developing technicians, while also managing administrative duties, performance metrics, inventory, scheduling, and customer service. This role is instrumental in maintaining operational excellence, workforce readiness, and profitability across service operations.

 

 

 

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Plan:

  • $30.00/hour for the first 90 days
  • $31.00/hour after 90 days
  • $33.00/hour once two new technicians are trained and in vans, meeting sales goals of $40K/month. 

Performance Bonus:

  • 0.5% monthly bonus if company sales goals are met (e.g., $400K month = $2,000 bonus).

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Personnel Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage technicians and dispatchers, ensuring adherence to company policies, performance standards, and service delivery protocols.
  • Conduct training (team, 1-on-1, ride-along), performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention of technician staff.
  • Develop and implement technical and customer service training materials.

 

Service Operations & Administrative Management

  • Monitor and improve technician operating efficiency, customer service quality, and profitability.
  • Review invoices, ensure accurate documentation, and enforce use of solution-based sales systems.
  • Work closely with dispatch to assign the right technician to the right job.
  • Ensure proper completion of all service forms, job photos, equipment checkout, and job records (digital or print).
  • Track technician KPIs and implement performance improvement plans.

 

Inventory, Fleet & Tool Management

  • Oversee inventory control and reordering of parts, tools, and equipment.
  • Conduct quarterly vehicle and warehouse inspections.
  • Coordinate maintenance and inspections for fleet vehicles.
  • Maintain accountability and the condition of tools and equipment.

 

Customer Satisfaction & Conflict Resolution

  • Implement systems to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
  • Intervene and resolve service-related customer issues or complaints.
  • Uphold and enforce the company’s “Better Than You Found It” standard on all service calls.

 

Internal Communications

  • Maintain open, ongoing communication with technicians, dispatchers, leadership, and office staff.
  • Coordinate daily scheduling needs and technician assignments with dispatch.
  • Deliver regular performance updates and reports to leadership.
  • Participate in leadership meetings to contribute to operational improvements and strategic planning.

 

Professionalism & Conduct

B&M Electric is seeking skilled, motivated, and professional Electrical Service Technicians to join our team. This role involves independently and collaboratively identifying, diagnosing, and delivering efficient electrical services in accordance with National Codes. Technicians will provide inspections, general service, maintenance, repairs, and project execution while ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction.

  • Base pay with opportunity to earn monthly bonuses through B&M Electric’s Bonus Structure (based on goal achievement).

Key Responsibilities

Service & Technical Duties

  • Perform safety assessments, diagnostics, and repairs using B&M Electric’s Service Delivery System.
  • Conduct inspections, maintenance, and project-based electrical services.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting and system solutions using flat rate pricing and company guides.
  • Sell and educate customers on Membership Plans and additional services.
  • Ensure post-call quality assurance, including cleanup and double-checking work ("Better than you found it" policy).
  • Build trust-based relationships with customers and offer solution-based estimates.

 

Administrative Tasks

  • Complete all paperwork thoroughly and on time per company policy.
  • Maintain accurate service documentation: inspections, parts used, equipment/material orders, etc.
  • Submit digital or printed forms and invoices with detailed accuracy.
  • Take and upload photos before, during, and after service calls to document progress.

 

Internal Communication

  • Maintain real-time communication with the office and supervisors: job arrival, updates, debriefs, and time tracking.
  • Follow all call management and job completion protocols.

 

Training & Development

  • Attend and participate actively in all training sessions and meetings.
  • Seek ongoing learning and complete assigned coursework and training materials.

 

Vehicle, Tools, and Equipment

  • Maintain a clean, stocked, and mechanically sound service vehicle.
  • Report any vehicle issues immediately.
